Johanna 4 is a beautiful first floor, three bedroomed, luxury, family-owned apartment.
Situated at the front of the Schonblick Mountain Resort and Spa, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views across the Rauris valley and mountain lift area.
The apartment is beautifully furnished. An open plan dining / kitchen / living room, with bi-fold doors, leads on to the balcony, where a table and chairs provide guest with the perfect spot to enjoy drinks or a light lunch. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an electric fan oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, along with a full range of kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery, china and glassware. The table seats six.
The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, ensuite shower room and large wardrobe.
The middle bedroom has a king-sized bed and wardrobe and the third bedroom has two single beds and chest of drawers. Each room has bedside lockers.
The separate bathroom has a bath and shower; it includes a Siemens washer/dryer, electrically heated towel rails which ensure both bathrooms remain warm and there is a separate toilet. Johanna 4 has its own, free, reserved parking space in the underground carpark, which can be reached directly from the apartment via the connecting underground passageway. This also allows direct covered access to the spa building and fitness room. There is a heated and lockable ski and boot room in the basement for guests' use. Johanna 4 is ideally situated, approximately five minutes’ walk from both the main ski lift and Rauris village itself.
The apartment is fitted with fire and smoke detectors and a smoke alarm system.
In the basement there is a fitness room and a washing/drying room and a ski cellar.
All flats in the Schönblick Mountain Resort SMR Rauris Apartments & SPA are privately owned and therefore particularly well equipped and very family-friendly. They are characterised by their excellent location.
