Jana 5 is a luxury, four bedroomed, penthouse apartment, with large dining / kitchen area and spacious living room.
The high vaulted ceilings in the living area create an airy feel and two generous leather sofas, next to the main balcony, provide the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views of the mountains, through the large bi-folding doors. There is a beautiful oak dinning table with eight chairs, and the kitchen is well equipped with locally quarried stone worktop, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle. There are four large bedrooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds. All bedrooms have large spacious wardrobes and access to balconies on either side of the apartment.
The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and shower room, and there is a further family bathroom with separate toilet in the apartment. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. All rooms have solid oak flooring with underfloor heating and separate thermostat controls in each room. The apartment is well equipped to handle all modern living requirements, with a large 32 inch tv, DVD player, Bose speaker and free Wi-Fi. Jana 5 is perfectly situated in the heart of the resort, with a dedicated underground parking space and communal boot room in the basement.
The main ski lift and nursery slopes are within a five minute walk, as is the village centre. The apartment is ideally located for any holiday all year round.
In the basement there is a fitness room and a washing/drying room and a ski cellar.
All flats in the Schönblick Mountain Resort SMR Rauris Apartments & SPA are privately owned and therefore particularly well equipped and very family-friendly. They are characterised by their excellent location.
